BEGINNER CLASSES

New to dance? Start here! This beginner-level class is designed for those with little to no dance experience who want to learn the basics in a fun, supportive environment. You'll explore fundamental techniques, simple choreography, and key movement concepts while building coordination, rhythm, and confidence. Each class includes a guided warm-up, easy-to-follow combinations, and lots of encouragement. No pressure—just good vibes, growth, and a chance to discover the joy of dance.

No experience necessary—just bring comfortable clothes, a positive attitude, and a willingness to move!

  • This class offers an opportunity to explore the hip-hop dance style at the very basics and implement those moves into a fun choreography. Moves like the cabbage patch, chicken head, groove, Bart Simpson, Shamrock, and many other moves are often in many hip-hop routines and videos. It is a very low-stress, fun class that provides an opportunity for growth in your dance journey.   • This class offers an opportunity for new dancers to explore the energetic, fun, and expressive style of shuffle that is often associated with electronic dance music (EDM). You get the opportunity to learn moves such as T-steps, running man, Happy feet, and more! This is a great class that you can use in many moves of the moves in different environments and just have a fun time.

  • This class offers an opportunity for new dancers to explore the world of heels dance to learn the basics and foundations of heels dance with things as simple as the way you walk in a routine, transitioning between sensual movements, the importance of footwork, confidence, presence, and self-expression bring to life this style. This class is a great class for you if you want to build confidence, get more comfortable in your sensuality, and explore new sides yourself.
