What Does the $150 Fee Cover?

The $150 crew fee helps cover essential costs to support our team, including:

• General crew merchandise (e.g. team shirts or small gear items)

• Training sessions with guest instructors

• Resources for concept video projects (studio rental, filming, editing, etc.)

• Other general crew expenses

Please note: For larger projects, performances, competitions, or additional video productions, there may be separate costs or fundraisers organized to help cover those expenses. We’ll always communicate these opportunities and costs in advance so everyone can plan accordingly.

What to Expect at Audition:

• Stretch warm-up

• Learn & perform a 30-sec feminine style combo

• Learn & perform a 30-sec masculine style combo

• Freestyle round

Choreo retention • Performance skills • Spatial awareness • Freestyle ability

FAQs

• How old do you have to be to join? You must be 18+.

• When do you pay the $150 nonrefundable fee? After you get through auditions and join the crew!

• What styles will this crew train in? Mainly Hip hop, reggaeton, heels, jazz/contemporary, and twerk, but will dive into more styles as part of training!

• Is the crew per season or year? It will be seasonally! First season is August-December 2025. Members will have to audition for each season separately.

• What background or level should an auditioner be? We are looking for intermediate to advanced dancers with strong choreo retention, performance quality, and spatial awareness. Experience in hip hop, femme, reggaeton, heels, or jazz funk preferred.

• What is the time commitment? Time-wise, we’ll rehearse weekly on Sunday evenings, with more practices added when projects or shows come up.
