Elemental Studios Rental Rates

Rehearsals / Practice Sessions
For small groups using the space for rehearsals, practice, filming, or private sessions only. These rates are not valid for events, workshops, or large gatherings.

1 Hour Rate (Studio Only): $60
1 Hour Rate (Lobby + Studio): $90

Private Events

Event rentals apply to gatherings, workshops, parties, showcases, filming, or larger group functions.

Studio A or B

Up to 3 Hours: $350
Up to 7 Hours: $650
Additional Hour: $100

Studio A or B + Lobby

Up to 3 Hours: $450
Up to 7 Hours: $800
Additional Hour: $100

Both Studios (A + B)

Up to 3 Hours: $700
Up to 7 Hours: $1,250
Additional Hour: $200

Both Studios (A + B) + Lobby

Up to 3 Hours: $850
Up to 7 Hours: $1,500
Additional Hour: $200

Capacity

Each studio is approximately 1,500 square feet.

Studio A or Studio B
Up to 70 people for dance or movement based events
Up to 100 people for standing room events

Both Studios Combined
Up to 140 people for dance or movement based events
Up to 180 to 200 people for standing room events

Final capacity may vary depending on event layout, seating, staging, or equipment. All events must remain within safe capacity limits.

Deposits & Fees

A $200 non refundable deposit is required to reserve the date at the time of signing the rental agreement.

A cleaning fee of $150 to $250 is required depending on the size of the event.

Remaining rental fees must be paid one week prior to the event date.

Additional hours must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Ticketed Events

Any event that charges admission or sells tickets will operate under a profit share agreement with Elemental Studios instead of a flat rental rate.

A percentage of total ticket revenue will be agreed upon prior to the event and included in the rental agreement.

Ticketed events may still require a deposit to reserve the date and may include additional fees depending on the size and needs of the event.
