INTRO/FOUNDATIONAL CLASSES

These classes are designed for dancers who are brand new or returning after time away. We’ll focus on building a strong foundation by breaking down basic movements, rhythm, and coordination in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Expect a gentle warm-up, clear explanations, and plenty of repetition to help you feel confident and comfortable in your body. This is a space to learn, ask questions, and grow at your own pace—no experience required, just a willingness to try.
  • This class offers an opportunity to explore the hip-hop dance style at the very basics and implement those moves into a fun choreography. Moves like the cabbage patch, chicken head, groove, Bart Simpson, Shamrock, and many other moves are often in many hip-hop routines and videos. It is a very low-stress, fun class that provides an opportunity for growth in your dance journey. It is a great one for people entirely new to dance or for dancers who just want to revisit classic moves, if you want to learn more about hip-hop this is a class you should take.

  • New to shuffle? This class is your perfect starting point.


    Our Intro to Shuffle Dance class is designed for absolute beginners who want to learn the foundations of this high-energy, footwork-focused style. You’ll break down essential moves like the Running Man and T-Step, build rhythm, and learn how to stay light on your feet while moving to the beat.

    We’ll focus on:

BEGINNER - Choreo based CLASSES

These classes are designed for dancers who have some foundational experience and are ready to start learning choreography in a supportive, encouraging environment. We’ll focus on picking up movement, understanding musicality, and building coordination at a manageable pace. Choreography will be broken down step by step, with attention to basic technique, transitions, and performance quality.
